How much should a 5' 10" teenage girl weigh? Or, rather, how little is!

Question: How much should a 5' 10" teenage girl weigh? Or, rather, how little is too little?
I used to be mildly overweight, probably about 157. But after starting a new medication that has clearly raised my metabolism, I have recently been losing weight like crazy. I went down to almost 140 in just a week or two, and its not showing signs of stopping.

When I used to be on a similar medication when I was younger, the teachers at my elementary school thought I was anorexic and would stand over me while I ate my lunch... that's how underweight it made me...

I don't really feel like sending people "that image" so I am a little concerned about losing too much weight.

120 would look absolutely anorexic--that's the lowest end

140 still is skinny

150 is perfect

Hi You face a hugh problem in finding the right weight loss program that works for you. There are so many out there. I have a friend that spent days and weeks and a lot of money searching and finding so many disappointments until he came across this great program. He has dropped 10 lbs. in his first week. I looked into it and was very impressed.

Good Luck

132 -- 160 lb

146 is just right

Why not try to stabilize at 140 to 150 range?

The lower range of this is okay for teens.

anywhere between 135 and 165 lbs is a healthy weight.. i'd also love to know what medication you were taking, please let me know!

definitely 135-160 is a good weight to be if you are 5'10
