I would not put too much energy into the NUMBERS game.

Main thing is are you healthy? can you climb a flight of stairs,
do you run, swim, ride a bike?

If your body works ... great, be thankful for what you have,

Smile ...... Mother Nature Loves U!



I don't believe there's a "you should weigh this much" type of deal going around (well, not in the real world where we live ;) but i think the healhy weight would be from 105-135 or something like that. But it ALL depends on your bmi (?) and the type of body you have.



120 - 130 lbs. ( 55 - 60 kgs )



i would think anywhere from 110-150
