Question: I work out mon-fri and i smoke weed everyday does this mess with my workout or not?
what im trying to say is if i smoke weed and i work out am i not going to see results??

to add on to that, you should seriously consider investing in a marijuana vaporizer.

smoking is bad in general.

Lol, not necessarily. I mean, as long as you don't go eating TONS of **** afterwords haaha. I mean, your lungs will be affected. You cough so much more and stuff, but tons of people smoke cigarrettes and exercise. It's not good for you, but you can still work out.

Try instead of smoking ingesting it sometimes, or cut down on the days you smoke. Cause the smoke really hurts your lungs, and it is so hard to run when you smoke a lot.

If you eat really healthy otherwise, I think you'll be okay. Just don't overdo it.
