Question: Would it be bad if i work out 6 days a week?
i was thining about alternating arm and leg work outs each day i.e. monday is arms tuesday is legs and so on but on saturdays do long distance runs that i don't have time to do during the week

Just arm and legs? what about your core? bodies should be build from the core out. With a strong core everything else will follow
