eat veggies and fruits, eggs and meat (1200 calories are the best, but I don't suggest calorie counting). You won't get defined cheekbones unless they are naturally prominent. Exercise regularly, you're already at the ideal weight so it should be harder to lose a lbs or inches.

you don't need to lose weight...but if you do the trick is too have a balanced diet.
although this may seem like alot it is not because your body needs the reccomended daily allowance to work properly and also help burn fat.

e.g: breakfast: glass of orange juice
mixed fruit with yoghurt
slice of plain toast

lunch: wholemeal chicken sandwich
salad
yoghurt

dinner: anything that your mum makes
fresh fruit

i hope i helped you :)

moi :)

First off, that's not a bad weight to begin with. Don't try to go too skinny because then you look freakish and ugly (despite what the media says). Second, that is way too little food. Where are the fruits, veggies e.t.c? You should try exercising more instead of starving yourself because once you go back to eating normally you will most likely gain it all back.

that should work but you also need to exercise.
