Question: I told my parents that i want to lose weight. will this plan work?
My dad said he'll walk with me 3 times a week and that he wants me to walk for 45 minutes each time. he said we'll work up to 6 hours of walking 3 times a week.

im only having a small treat rarely. other than that im eating healthy foods.
on the days that im not walking, i have to do push ups before i go to bed or squats.

eat clean and lean , cardie and Weight training



walking is a good start, but eventually the intensity of the workout will have to go up. 3x a week probably isn't enough either. resistance training should be included in there too, besides the push ups and squats
