My exercises to "tone" up my thighs are making me build too much muscl!


Question: My exercises to "tone" up my thighs are making me build too much muscle :/?
I do a lot of bike riding, walking, squats, and lunges and it slimmed down some fat on my thighs but I feel like my thighs are getting bigger with muscle...I also run so what should I do where I can idk maybe get rid of some of the muscle or something...I'm pretty petite..I'm 98lbs and 5ft, and I don't want to have huge thighs :l Please help me out...obviously a good diet helps...I know that much, but what else can help me lose the muscle or not have so much..

Answers:

Take it a bit more easy. The way you talk about it, the amount of exercise that you do is too much for JUST toning. I would just find a suitable workout that you're comfortable to, and just stick to that.
