Question: Is it okay to do dancing exercises when I'm sore?
My legs are really sore today, even before I started dancing. But now that I am dancing, my legs are feeling a little bit more sore, but I'm feeling good about it. They are pretty fast pace dances and I dance with a lot of effort, would it be okay if I kept going on for 30 more minutes or so?
