Question: Did I do good on my diet so far?
Breakfast: A high fiber cereal with 1% milk
Snack: banana
Lunch: 2 bake chicken with the skin (thigh and leg), broccoli and lima beans, and 1 bread.
Did I do good so far?
Answers:
breakfast and lunch are good, for snack add blueberries with half banana and strawberries for antioxidants.
You did ok. You want to start everyday with protein, so maybe egg whites or cottage cheese along side of your cereal.
Your snack also needs protein-maybe some almonds or a low fat cheese stick
Dinner looks good-but throw away the skin and you don't need the bread.

Remember, every meal should contain complex carbs, protein and a little healthy fat. Eat every 3 hours.
you need to eat more! your lacking protein, carbs, veggies, fruit, dairy, healthy fats...EVERYTHING!!
its all about moderation! jeeez all you people complain about wanting to lose weight...and so you deprive yourself of fooods to seek results but really your killing your body while doing that, then as soon as you start eating normal again you gain it all back!

I would not eat the chicken skin and I would eat white meat.
