Question: Exercising tips, how to loose weight, ways to eat healthy?
recently I have quit dancing and ive put on a lot of weight and recently developed some stretch marks
1. I have recently made a gym membership and was wondering what kind of exercise should I be doing to loose weight and become more fit
2. im not the best cook and no nothing about nutrition
what are some things I should be eating more of and less of? what are some things that I should start cooking and eating for a healthier life style
please help PLEASE :(!
