Should I separate my workouts into 2? (Cardio/Body)?!


Question: Should I separate my workouts into 2? (Cardio/Body)?
Should one workout just be mostly running.
And on another day, I do mostly body exercises like shoulder presses/planks/squats/push-ups/crunches etc. with no cardio?

yeaa it makes sense, i guess you shouldnt stress out your body.
