Ways to keep your skin healthy?!


Question: Ways to keep your skin healthy?
My skin on my legs look .... Like there dryed. Maybe theres things I can do about it? Thanks!(:

drink pleanty of water & keep moisturizer on your skin



Dryness is caused from dehydration/ lack of fat in you're diet, try:
- Consuming 6-8 cup's of water/ liquids a day
- Watching your'e sodium/ salt intake
- Adding a fish oil/ salmon oil capsule into you're daily regime (1000mg capsule) with a multi- vitamin
- Adding more healthy fats in you're diet: Nuts/ seeds/ natural peanut butters, chicken/ egg's, olive oil, guacamolie/ avacado's, coconut, etc
- Antioxidents: Spinach/ broccoli/ kale/ bok choy (dark leafy greens), blueberries/ strawberries/ blackberries (berries), acai berries, pomogranetes/ pomogranete juices, current's, green tea, grapefruit, etc



Hey...I don't knw if u would use lotion or not...but my skin on my legs would be dry n cracklylookin....so I went n bout Jergens ultra healing lotion n use it everytime I got out of the shower...n my legs r clear n smooth nowww.......BTW...I'm a girl n it happened when I shaved
