Question: I'm 15, a girl, and need a exercise routine?
Okay well I'm going to the gym this week and i need to know what I should be doing. It can't bee too hard because i'm kinda out of shape. I wouldn't say I'm too out of shape, because I have gym at school, but that's all, so it can't be too exhausting.

Ignore the first post, he is a moron. Underage sex isn't something you want to do if you can help it. And contrary to popular believe, it isn't that great of an exercise!

Start by doing some speed walking/Jogging if you can, Do it for a good while, As the second post says, its better to Ware yourself out properly, thats the way to get in shape. The saying "No pain no gain" and "Feel the burn" didn't come from nowhere lol. Don't overdo it in the first day though, you don't want to be super sore the next day and give up before you've started, but push yourself a little bit to feel it working! If your not out of breath your not doing it right! Also if you weight train, always have a spotter! Good luck



Throw yourself in the deepend & do something like an all round kickboxing workout. Or else swimming. Im more than double your age & can manage it so should you ! No point being kind to yourself as it will do you no favours....
