I would suggest that 135 - 145 pounds is as low as you should go....Lower than that, not a great healthy idea......Get some good advise from a nutritionist or doctor
Quit looking at the fashion magazines, with the anorexic models.....That is not the real world.
Most men prefer a healthy woman with a few curves....
It seems like either people are obese or anorexic...How about a happy medium????
I'm 5' 1" and weigh 105 pounds......When I get sick, I drop 5 - 10 pounds very quickly.....Look like a skeleton with nothing but bones sticking out.......I eat everything and probably at times consume more calories than an "overweight trucker".....just to put a bit of weight on.......3 rd bout of cancer..Skinny is not that great...

9-11 stone is fine.
Size 8 may well be too small for someone your height unless very small build.
