Should I stop that diet (I'll choose best answer soon - 10 points!)?!

Question: Should I stop that diet (I'll choose best answer soon - 10 points!)?
I went to a doctor who is a dietitian too and he gave me a meal plan. The thing is that it's like 1800-2000 calories but I told him that I wanna lose weight! It's more than I was eating before and I've already gained 2 pounds! It's really annoying.
I'm a 14 and a half year old girl, 5'4 and 132 pounds. I'm not that fat but I wanna slim down a bit.
Today I went at party and I was so depressed because yesterday I discovered that I've gained weight, and thanks to that I binge ate a lot!!!

I saw some pics of my friends on facebook when they were at the beach this summer and they were all so skinny! I was so jealous and disappointed about myself.
I don't know what to do anymore. I know that I don't have moderation and I have a huge sweet tooth and appetite. But the food that the doctor gave me was even too much for me... Plus there are foods that I don't like and none food that I like. I hate to eat that disgusting broccoli and those disgusting fish two times a week. There are too much carbohydrates in this plan too. I hate that, I hate my body, I hate myself and I'm tired of it. I wanna change that and feel confident about the way I look. I don't wanna be scared anymore to wear a skinny jean or a dress that I liked.

And there is one more problem... I don't know how to tell that to my mom(if I decide to stop it finally). I only went to the doctor once and we have to go again in 2 weeks. I'm a little scared... I don't know how she's gonna react.

So what do you think? Should I keep on it and wait to see the results or stop it right now?

Answers:

Different people have different metabolism and need different amounts of food. So long as you are staying in a healthy range for your height then that is fine. You are already fairly thin, so you don't need to loose weight, but do what feel right for your body.

too many calories thats the normal daily intake u cant lose any on that

If the diet plan is rich in carbohydrates then its not gonna do you any good. Is the diet an old fuddy duddy?

Fish is great as its a protein, which is filling & better than carbs. The best thing you can do is to exercise more. It only has to be walking. Just get out there & aim to set yourself nights that you can have a treat such as Friday Night Treat Night...

Good luck
