Can i drink this while exercising?!


Question: Can i drink this while exercising?
hey so i started working out on monday and ive been doing it every day on the orbitrek, and i had a idea today that instead of water i drink hot tea and i think it did help me sweat more and i think it did make the workout more effective. So should i continue or is it bad for my body ? I am graduating and i want abs until the summer :) And i am 18 and i weight 75kg.

If you don't mind the taste why don't you drink green tea? It's supposed to boost you metabolism and has a lot of other benefits.
I was 80 kg when I started drinking it and now I'm 72.5 :D so it's working pretty well for me so far (I have been dieting and exercising as well though!). I've had it while I'm working out, I don't see how it could hurt you, but personally I prefer to drink tea after my workout. When I'm exercising I need something cold!

i think you should stop if you add sugar to your tea but if you don't add sugar then yes continue drinking tea. but i prefer to drink water it hydrates your body faster and longer. tea may also hurt or affect your kidneys later on in life.
