Skinny people: How many meals do you eat per day?!

Question: Skinny people: How many meals do you eat per day?
I wanna know because my cousin is really skinny and he's eating like 6-8 meals a day!!!

Answers:

I eat 5 meals a day sometimes, and other times I don't eat anything, I only eat when I'm hungry, and I'm only skinny because I have a high metabolism.

I'm 5'4" and I weigh 108 pounds. I eat 3 meals a day like everyone should. I also eat snacks in between meals. It all depends on the type of metabolism you have.
Metabolism - derived from the Greek language, simply means change or transformation. It relates to various processes within the body that convert food and other substances into energy and other metabolic byproducts used by the body. It is a necessary function that allows our bodies to use food and other resources to maintain the working parts, repair damage, heal injury and rid the body of toxins. In other words, metabolism is a necessary process, without which living organisms would die.

it's not the quantity of the meals, its the quality. being skinny requires good foods and not eating junk. sometimes it's better to eat 6-8 small, healthy meals than 3 regular meals and a large amount of junk food and extra calories.

Skinny or fat you should always eat at least 3 meals a day. if you are planning to diet or whatever the reason make sure these meals include your daily servings and vitamins.

I eat so much to the point where it's just unbearable. But am vary thankful for my fast metabolism.

I have an eating disorder.

he's got a high metabolism, everyone is different.. like me I can eat non-stop and gain virtually no weight
