Insanity Workout help?!


Question: Insanity Workout help?
I am 15, going to be 16 in April 2011, which is in two months. I am 5"10' maybe 5"11' and 175 pounds. I work out with weights every day, hence the heavy body weight.

I was thinking that first off, I have a good developed 8 pack under the medium layer of fat over the abs, and second, I have enough fat to lose and turn into muscle, at the same time.

My question is: should I lose the weight by doing Insanity workout? I am always commited and finish whatever it is I ever start. Keep in mind that my body is still developing and I am not taking protein shakes.

So from all honesty, do you think I require the Insanity workout, or should I stick to just weights, wait until I am 18, and follow up from there?

Answers:

Stick with the weights and wait a while for the Insanity to start. If you need to lose a little fat, make sure you're doing some cardio. Sprints or interval training is really good to lose that last bit of fat.



Throught the years I seen seen and heard alot of people complaining that it's hard to lose weight.A friend of mine was having the same problem,I bet almost if not the same as you are having she wasn't getting results,but now that she came across the diet solution she's been doing great,with excellent results.Maybe this is something for you.
