Question: Anybody got any advise on my addiction to crisps?
im 18 and ive very overweight but i eat quite healthily apart from the fact that im addicted to crisps. i think thats my mains problem. i go to the gym 3 times a week and swim 4 miles a week but i can eat up to 18 bags of crisps a week. i know its not good but i get really low and fidgety if i cant eat any crisps. i have before given up eating everything else except bread to have crisp sandwiches but i dont know how to stop eating so many without feeling low or without feeling like i NEED them. ive tried soo many times to stop eating them and my mum stopped buying them and she still doesnt buy them but i go out and buy them myself. anybody got any advise on how to stop eating them as i think thats why im putting on weight. btw i weight about 19stone.

I suggest you lower the intake of crisps you consume. You say you have 18 bags a week, make it 16, then 14, then try 10; and keep going down. Have smaller portions a day even, have healthier options as well; Original or kettle cooked crisps. Don't deprive yourself of them, but look forward to having them. Good Luck
