Easy tips for leg toning?!

Question: Easy tips for leg toning?
Now, that question may throw you off, but I need some simple workouts at home.
I have been doing wall sittings, whatever you call them, and 50 sit ups, regularly.

I keep changing weight. Like 1 day I will weigh 102, the next day I weigh 105.
Maybe its my clothes or when I come out of the shower my hair is like 5 pounds lol.

I just want some leg toning and butt toning.
Any tips?

Well Jenna, you need to be doing body weight full body workouts. They are excellent for fat loss as it will speed up your metabolism and tone your entire body. Dont get obsessed with weighing yourself, do it once a week, if even that, just do the right things and your weight will take care of itself. Anyway try this workout below, it will really help to get you closer to your goals, all the best

A 16 oz glass of water weighs one pound. Depending on how much you eat and drink, and when, your body weight could easily vary +/- 5 pounds, even if you weigh yourself at the same time every day. I wouldn't worry about that.

At 102 - 105 pounds, weight shouldn't be a concern, so you just need to build a little muscle. Running is good for that (and other things) but if you want to stick to strength training, I recommend squats to target the areas you want.

3 sets of 10 - 15 reps, back straight, down slowly, then back up. You'll need some weight on your shoulders and, preferably a spotter. Better yet, some sort of exercise machine for safety and to help you maintain form. Weight should be sufficient that, by the last rep of the last set, you are struggling. When you're done and you set the weight down your legs will feel like rubber and you might have to sit down for a couple minutes.

If done correctly, you will HATE these. It works the largest muscles in your body, and that requires effort. You'll definitely get the results you want, though.
