Question: Am I eating too much 20 points?
So im 4'11 and weigh 135 im 19 and im trying to lose weight.
For breakfast:
1% low fat milk
Honey bunches of oats w/ almonds
Lunch
Turkey sandwiche
Bannana
Dinner
Cabbage and Saltfish
Snack
Turkey sandwiche
3 Bannana

Answers:

Ur doing good but after dinner u didnt need 3 bananas. just eat 3 or 2 meals a day and 2 snacks



Nope, but make sure to exercise for at least 45 minutes everyday! jogging is a great way of losing weight :) it's fun if you listen to music and just focus on the lyrics while you're jogging. Also, swimming is a great way, you burn around 590 calories per hour if you swim breast stroke :D

Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. You could eat like:

Breakfast: Milk with some oatcereal: 300 calories max
Snack: a handful of almonds: 100 calories
Lunch: 1 turkey sandwich (salad + bread + turkey + vegetables) + 1 glas of juice: 400 - 500 calories max.
Snack: 1 banana + 1 glas of milk: 200 calories.
Dinner: Chicken breast + 3 - 4 potatoes + salad: 300 calories.



hmm that's alot of banana's i would recommend limiting it down to one banana a day and eat some other fruits too like an apple? and drink lots of water. and honestly it's hard to say if you're eating too much, as we don't know your portion sizes. small portions make a healthy weight loss plan.



4 bananas a day? What the ****? Two turkey sandwhiches? What, are you ******* Snooki? Check your damn calories.

drink water to take ur weight divide by 2 and the first number is many cups of water u should a day

135 divide by 2 = 67.5 so u should drink 6 cups of water a day
