Would i get results by this excersize in about 30-60 days?!


Question: Would i get results by this excersize in about 30-60 days?
Would i get results if im doing leg pulls if i do 30 a day plus running and walking? (when i say leg lifts i mean like leg curls ups on a yoga ball) (i feel like im getting a good ab work out on it) because im looking for some intense weight lose. thanks Please give me some good easy work outs that will show in like a month or two!!

Yes, or maybe you can just do some badminton^^ It's a good sport and burns a lot of calories
