Question: Whats a good diet plan? ?
like low carb diet, etc. i want to try something that someone has personally succeeded with :) let me know!

Eat 1,200 calories a day. Worked for me! =) Also, throw in some cardio, like jogging, running, dancing, etc. and some strength training for an hour a day, 5-6 days a week. You don't have to exercise to lose weight (I know from experience), but it'll make you a lot firmer, toned, and healthier. If you can't do an hour a day, yet, then don't worry. Just work up to it.
