Will starting strength work for me?!


Question: Will starting strength work for me?
ive been working out atleast four days a week since early september. i am 16. i have seen some good gains from what ive been doing but some people told me try starting strength but im not really sure becaue it says STARTING strength. i want to build muscle mass and strength. i dont want to waste my time with something that wont work. please help
