Question: Did I eat enough today?
Hot pocket - 300cal
6in subway sandwich - Italian bread, roast beef, lettuce, tomato, peppers and onion (310cal?)
Poprocks- 34cal
Dove chocolate heart - 40cal

Answers:

No. Your daily caloric intake (depending on your age) should be no less than 1300-1400 calories. It looks like you are only having about 700 calories, which means you're not getting the proper energy to make your body run effectively. This also means that you aren't getting the recommended daily allowances for vitamins and other essential nutrients per day. In order to meet the necessary caloric intake goals, try following this:
5-6 servings of grains/day (1 slice of bread is a serving, or 1 serving breakfast cereal)
3-4 serving of vegetables (about 12 baby carrots is one serving)
2-3 serving of fruits (1 medium apple is one serving, or 1 cup or 100% fruit juice)
3-4 serving of dairy (1 cup, 8 oz. of milk, one yogurt cup, or one slice of cheese)
2-3 servings of meat or beans (a serving of meat should be no larger than your palm of hand, and about the same for beans, i.e. black beans)

Also, try limiting sweets to only twice a week or less

I hope this helps you! good luck!

yeah you ate fine, but i think you could of eaten a bit more everyone needs to consume a different amount of calories, cause some people have faster metabolisms, while others have slow ones, some people have more active jobs while some don't, and so on. so don't really listen to the people that say you need to eat a certain amount, everyone should have over 1000 calories though a day.

if i would give any suggestions it would be more veggies, fruits, multi grain things, and protein.
try a sub on one of there whole grain or multi grain breads. they say you should eat three meals a day and three snacks a day.

not reallly.. you can get sick if you eat like that everyday
you should be eating 2000 calories a day
once in a while should be fine
but you need to eat more than that for sure

That comes to a total of around 650 calories, which typically isn't enough. To find your necessary intake, use a calorie calculate (search one on Google.com).

it depends on your size but consuming less than 1000 calories can make you gain weight as your body wants to store the food and your metabolism slows down.

I should recommend you eat a bit more!
But if your dieting then that seems good enough :)
That 6inch subway isnt healthy! If you think it is, then noooo! ( Salt in the bread kills you!)

Not Really.
Normal Intake Should Be Around 2000 Calories.
Or Atleast Try To Intake Over 1000.

No you only had 700 calories... which is 400 calories short of what you should've eaten.

Yes. Thats enough for a person in 1 day

no not enough

you need at least 2000 cal a day.

And candy wont help
