Question: Do you think this will help me lose weight?
i have eaten a lot of desserts this last week. i am 5 feet 4 or 5 inches tall and at the beginning of the week, i weighed 111 lbs. now i weigh 114 or so. i want to lose weight and get back to 110 or 111 and this week starting tomorrow i am planning to eat healthy. i will eat oatmeal for breakfast, a fruit for a snack, green bean salad for lunch, a yogurt for another snack, and i dont know what else for dinner and my 3rd snack yet. but following that and workouts throughout the week, even though i will be on my period, will i be able to lose weight

That's so weird! I have eaten alot of crap food this last week and I will be on my period this week too hahah. But you might be able to lose weight but bloating of the water weigh give you 1 extra inch on your waist so if I were you I would weight til your off your period. And don't eat too much yogurt because it's not all that healthy, look for fat free yogurt. And workout at least 3 times a week for at LEAST 20 minutes. Do cardio such as dancing for 20 minutes or jog/run/powerwalk (the jog would best) and drink water water water!! Try not to drink anything else and eat alot of fruits but not bananas cause that will back you up and bloat you more . Eat lots of salads with barely any dressing. I hope I helped!

it would as long as you stuck to it, but i have also been trying to lose weight i recently just had a little baby boy and my doctor said his way is a fail proof way to lose weight and so far i have seen good results he told me not to cut out anything in my diet eat what i would usually eat because limiting your self to just healthy food could set you up for failure because you want what you can't have, he told me eat breakfast lunch and dinner but always leave food on your plate you can get seconds but always leave food on both plates now he also said if you do eat everything on your plate get a second plate of food and throw that food in the trash he also told be don't eat snacks only drink water betweeen meals i myself cut any sugary drink out of my diet he said working out makes it even better this for me worked so far i have lost twenty pounds in about 2 1/2 months but people work differently some people lose weight faster and different than others good luck :)
