Question: Help with teen diet plan?
Okay, I'm 15 years old and I work out 30-120 minutes a day... my problem is that that doesn't work because I snack to much... how do I make it so I don't think about food at all. Or any fasts or intense diets that aren't at all complicated that I could try.

set a limit and live by it. allow yourself a amount of something you feel is normal and live that way every day. a certain amout of things is ok but if you over do it you have to remember your only hurting yourself
