Advice on toning up for a fifteen year old boy?!


Question: Advice on toning up for a fifteen year old boy?
I am a fifteen year old boy, weigh just under ten stone (140lbs) and am around six feet tall at the moment. I am a member of my local gym, the David Lloyd in Ellesmere Port, and have been exercising there for about six months now, but am struggling to say a improvement in appearance, although my stamina and strength seems to have come on.
Any advice anyone could give me on diet, exercise and anything else that will have me fit and looking good would be great. Thanks!

Do not diet... because they honestly never work unless it's prescribed by a doctor/dietician.
If your stamina and strength have improved that means that you've been working enough on you're cardio and certain muscles of your body... Now you should start building on those muscles that you've gained... I sent a video below i swear to god that is the best youtube chanel for workouts it is intence!! Do not over work you're body.. Stay hidrated.. eat well (but dont diet) and rememeber when you work out you start with the primary/major muscles then move on to the minor muscles (ex: abs, quads, biceps) and train one groupe of muscles at a time then give them atleast a two day break before re-training them :D
