How much calories should I consume?!
Question: How much calories should I consume?
I exercize 4 days a week, (jog 15 min, walk 5)
so how many calories should I consume in order to lose weight in a consistent rate and not starve.
I am strictly counting calories now.

I am 5'6 too and I just calculated my BMR. With exercise, you probably burn 2000 calories at the most (depending on your weight and total activity level) I would eat between 1300-1500 calories a day of mostly healthy foods. Drink losts of water and try a little bit more exercise and the pounds will melt off. :D
I weight 125 with 15% body fat, but I used to weigh 60 pounds more 2 years ago.
Your height/weight doesn't affect the amount of calorie you should take (unless you are different then the average ex. anorexic... obese) that only matters when you want to increase/decrease your weight.. you should be taking in about 1940 calories per day... Keep up the jogging and the walking :D although i suggest you have at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day :p
