Question: Going on a diet, please help with suggestions?
To start of I'm 6"2, 17 years of age, and weigh around 180 lbs. I personally don't want to loose weight, I want to be more muscular. I am going to start up running/working out again. Around how many calories should I take in? How much fat, protein, ect, should I take in/limit. Thank you.

you should eat alot then **** then re eat it. that way you never become hungry....its what the homeless do

enough to get u bigger or leaner. experiment. start high calories then go down.
