158 would be considered unhealthy for someone only 5'4"-5" tall.
I suggest you look up someone "healthy weight" generators on google, to be sure. And also see what your BMI (Body Mass Index) is.
But never, EVER go on crash diet, or diets under 1500 calories. When people go on crash diets, it messes with their metabolism, and can cause it to slow down.
I suggest that, if you eat at a fast food restaurant more than once a week, you cut back on the visits.
Adding fruits and vegetables to your daily intake could help also. There are tons of fruits and veggies out there, and no, they aren't gross :p
You could also try whole wheat bread, or semi-whole wheat, it has more nutrients and fiber, thus keeping you fuller longer.
You should also be taking in enough protein to maintain your hair, skin, nails, muscles, and other body tissues.
Fish is a great source of protein, but if you don't like it you could also try chicken breasts, peanut butter, or a protein shake.
Good luck and remember the goal is to be healthy, NOT starve yourself!



Not necessarily bad. The reason why I say that is because, your 13, and around that age your going through puberty. Because of puberty, your body naturally packs on extra mass so that it can prepare for development in males and females, and also it's a sign that your body is likely to be going through a growth spurt very soon. Your only 5"4, your relatively short, and because of that you may be a little pudgy. But if you grow 4 inches in the next few years, that weight that you've packed on will get evenly distributed throughout your body. I truly believe your fine. :] Also you may want to consider doing sports, and drinking plenty of water to stay in physical shape.
