Good workouts that will burn calories fast?!

Question: Good workouts that will burn calories fast?
I'm on a low calorie diet and would also want to know any workouts that will help me burn calories fast, and how long to do them? I'm thinking about 30 - 1 hour. Thanks.

oh man honestly fitness is a lot more complicated than that... to make it simple ill use an example of a car, to get my average mpg down, i first need to put in gas to have fuel, after i start driving as nicely as possible and eventually it will go down, what you want to do is get your mpg down super fast so start walking, or in other words there is no real good way, but if you want to here is how

gotta use your biggest muscles quads, legs -> squats, stairs, bleachers, uphill running, very hard
eat broccoli (makes you fart like hell) but more calories to burn than there is
eat only veggies
fake sugar

Interval workouts on the treadmill. Burns a lot of calories in a short amount of time. I'm hooked to those.

Time: Speed: Incline
0 to 5: 3.5: 4.5
5 to 7: 5.0: 2
7 to 12: 3.7: 5
12 to 14: 5.2: 2
14 to 19: 3.7: 5
19 to 21: 5.5: 2
21 to 26: 3.7: 7
26 to 28: 5.5: 2
28 to 33: 3.5: 10
33 to 35: 6.0: 2
35 to 39: 3.7: 7
39 to 40: 5.5: 1
40 to 44: 3.7: 5
44 to 45: 5.2: 2

Have fun!

I do this 6x a week but I do different intervals not this one all the time. Just giving you an example I got from self magazine.

I love working out on cross trainers and exercycles. You can push yourself harder (cycle faster on a high resistance level) to burn more calories, or take it easy (cycle moderately with little resistance) if you're not too concerned about burning calories. I have a cross trainer and exercycle at home, and I just enjoy working out while I can watch my favorite shows or a movie. It's relaxing :)

I rely on my exercise machines for working out, but if you don't have the equipment you can easily just go for a run or a power walk.

brisk walking, jump rope, roller blading, jogging, aerobics.

Cardio for maybe an hour dont walk jog
