How much exercise should a teenager do and what should their weekly diet contain!


Question: How much exercise should a teenager do and what should their weekly diet contain?
I just want to become more healthy in general and want to know what my diet should consist of weekly/daily, like how much fish should I consume, how much grains, fruits, veggies, etc. I also would like to know how much exercise I should get in a day. Thank you for your time!

Answers:

30 minutes of exercise every day.
Think of the food pyramid...stay away from foods in the top of the pyramid! 5+ a day of fruits and veges......being healthy isn't hard.
