Gyms and exericise is great ! do not over do this tho'; walks are good...
what you want to do is change your diet completely "for life! examples:
a. the very first step is "no more white bread...only whole wheat bread
b. the second step is no more pastries like donuts; cookies cakes NONE
c. the third step is: EAT AS MUCH FRUIT AS YOU WANT EVERYDAY
(example buy a bag of apples and eat about 5 apples a day with P.B.)
summary: you can eat as much Fruit; Salads and drink as much Milk as you want but NO SODAS NOT ONE do you think you can stop soda?

for example you can have as much FIBER FOODS AS YOU WANT...
fiber foods; fruits veggies nuts (peanuts ok); salads BAKED POTATOS
you can eat as many baked potatoes as you want with butter or marg.
but you cannot eat one pastry or one donut; do you see what I mean?
EAT NATURAL FOODS LIKE DRIED FRUIT: do not eat ANY candy bars
You CANNOT eat any Junk food whatsoever if you want to lose lbs.
Stock up on: Baked potatoes; WHEAT BRAN CEREALS ARE GOOD...you can eat as much good cereal as you want; notice; You will have to use the bathroom more often at first; this is normal this is good...
Tip: One Big Mac has the same amt. of calories as 10 Romaine lettuces!
note; you can eat as much salad and salad dressing as u want any type
but you cannot eat potato chips but you can eat potatoes; ask you mom
to buy Potaots and sweet potatoes bake those up every night for dinner
oh and ps ABOVE ALL ELSE DO NOT EAT ANY HOT DOGS NOT ONE

You might try walking daily as opposed to the gym and oh yeah the staple of the diet is
Brown RICE AND BEANS; eat as much as these as you want and you will lose weight; I eat tons of rice and beans and i am thin like a feather !

Doing crunches push-ups and workouts like that will give you muscle, but most likely won't make you lose any weight. What you really want to stick to is a healthy diet, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Lots of cardio workout will also help, so try to use a treadmill or go running a lot.
