Question: Is my brother a little underweight?

Oh my bro is 18. He weights 126 and is 5'7" tall is this normal for him? He doesn't really look that skinny he actually looks fine. But what you guts think?

He has a normal BMI. But he can gain 2-3 lbs more if he wants.
