Question: Is this a healthy diet for a 16 year-old-girl?
1. Two slices of bread OR 2 chapatis.
2. Tea.
3. Banana
Snacks between breakfast and lunch : 1 chocolate bar.
Lunch:
1. One plate boiled rice
2. Meat/Fish/Egg and Vegetable curries.
3. Pulses
Snacks between lunch and dinner : Samosa OR chicken nuggets OR tea and biscuit.
Dinner : Same as lunch + milk. And sometimes fruits.
So, do you think it's healthy enough? I take multi-vitamin pills almost everyday.

its a good diet, but if you start to feel hungry than eat, it will actually help if you eat when ur hungry hope this helps :)
It looks great but i would like to make one suggestion.
Try Quakers Oats, Corn flakes, or some rice preparation instead of bread/chapati in breakfast both are a bit difficult to digest and you will have to drink a lot of water if you go with that breakfast.
It is a very good diet for a girl of 16 years it is because she can get required amount of calories that is needed to her and it is healthy food also.as i found there is missing of pure drinking water which is equally important.

I think it is pretty good really. The only addition would be water, that you don't mention. Drink enough to make your pee run clear. Do you exercise too? That would be your next healthy addition, if not.
