How do i loose the fat in my calves and thighs without gaining too much muscle?!

Question: How do i loose the fat in my calves and thighs without gaining too much muscle?
I'm 14 and 4'11. I'm skinny everywhere else but my calves and thighs are huge. my calves are about 14 inches, my ankles are about 9 inches, and my thighs are about 20 inches. i love sprinting but i hear they make your calves bigger. is there a way to make my legs thinner? please help me

women's magazines are full of long legged women and women often feel that is the ideal. in fact, computer illustrating software is used to stretch the legs and torsos even longer on already borderline anorexic women. if you are healthy you should try to be happy with yourself. people are all different and a lot of guys (me one of them) find strong legs on a woman attractive. olympic women sprinters and figure skaters have curvy and sexy legs.

you can't really do anything about ankle size. it's like wrist size and fist size and hat size. they are pretty much yours to keep . don't look down on yourself because you don't look like a different type of woman. she also doesn't look like you. it doesn't make either of you better. it makes you different, and our differences are what make the spice of life and what make our species adaptable to almost anything. we all have strengths and weaknesses.

that said, stretching properly and distance running tends to slim out the lower body. you hardly ever see marathoners with thick legs, right? look at all the best distance runners. some of them might have stronger frames or shorter legs (like you), but if they are in range toward the end of the race the race is already over, because the stronger kick (from you) in the end would blow right by them. therefore you will never be as sleek as the sleekest, but you can win in your own way, which is just as inspirational. this applies to all areas of life. hold your head up. you have a lot to offer.
