How much should i weigh?!

Question: How much should i weigh?
I'm 5'6 and 111 lbs. I'm also a teen. I know I'm underweight but how much exactly should I weigh? My phone won't let me go on BMI websites.

Answers:

You would definitely be a little underweight for an adult but since you're a teen I'd say you're fine. As long as you're eating enough your probably just thin because you are still growing and have a high metabolism. You are not dangrously underweight so I wouldn't worry about it too much. I would think that for a teen at your height 125 would be ideal. Just make sure you're eating enough!

No one can definitively answer that because it varies so much, bone density, muscle density, hydration, etc. I'm 6'4", 250 lbs and last time I went to the doctor my nurse was shocked and had to weigh me twice ton two different scales. She told me I didn't look overweight bit I seem about 30 pounds too heavy. I told her I drink tons of water, milk and eat plenty of whey protein. She said "well that explains it." It's gross but some people weigh much more than they should because of constipation. In my opinion if you can see your ribs you need to slam some cheese burgers. If you have rolls when you sit down, well just the opposite.

You're really not that far off. Your BMI is 17.9, and anything under 18.5 is classified as underweight. However, you really shouldn't worry about it. I'm 6'3", and for five years I was only 140 lbs (BMI 17.5). I was still perfectly healthy and had no problems health-wise.

Hope this gets you started. Drop me a line if it doesn't help.

yes, about 120, your fine for now, but it wouldnt hurt to gain weight, because you are a teen, it might be because your body is still growing and changing, so dont really worry about it.

You should be about 140 pounds, but anything from 120 and 160 pounds is still OK.
