Eat five smaller meals 3 hours apart consisting of 3 veggies and one protein with your last meal eaten before 7:30pm. Between meals and after dinner snacks consisting of fresh fruits. Recognize when you are satisfied then stop eating. Never stop when feeling stuffed or full. Drink plenty of fluids and exercise 30min a day 3-6 days a week. Set a goal to lose 1lb per week. Staying full all day with small healthy meals is more satisfying than stuffed and uncomfortable and easier to maintain without deprivation. Take your time to lose it gradually. It's not a race. You go too fast, you'll wind up back trying to lose the extra weight gained from unrealistic goals. After a month or so of practice it becomes second nature staying focused on the end result and rewarding yourself every 2 weeks for your accomplishments with small portions of your favorite delicacy and then returning to your regimen. If your going to loose that much weight you need to do it under doctors guidance. That a huge weight change and can lead to many health impairments if done wrong.
