Eat more meats or make P&B sandwich everyday, nah kidding, not everyday.
You could buy some whey protein. It's a flavored powder you can mix into water or milk that is pretty much all protein. Also, egg whites are 100% protein, so you could buy some cartons of egg whites. Chicken and seafood (shrimp, tuna, fish, etc) are also high in protein. You should aim for at least 1 g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day to gain muscle (ie if you weigh 100 lbs you should try to get 100 g of protein per day)
Whey Protein is pretty much where it's at for anyone trying to gain muscle. They have the tubs at any store in the suppliment section, and just mix 2 scoops with water for ~50g of protein.
Don't rely on supplements, improve your diet. Eat protein-rich foods and you'll be fine. There's no point in getting too much protein though, you'll just pee it out.
