Is this a good workout ?!


Question: Is this a good workout ?
I was just wondering if this was a good workout.
15 chair pose squats
plank for 30 seconds
15 lunges
15 jack knives
15 jumping jacks
15 push ups
15 one legged saquat
then rest for 30 seconds and repeat two more times.

Also how many calories would it burn ?? because im trying to drop one dress size in one month to go from a size 10 to a size 8. If you hav any other tips to help that would be great thanks.

You have a lot of muscle-building exercises here which are good, but you need more cardio.
Run for 45 minutes every other day and on the days you're not running, do these exercises.
There is burning fat and building muscle, which are totally separate things. You must do cardio in order to burn fat and therefore get thinner. It is beneficial to build muscle because muscle burns more calories than fat.
This should be done in conjunction with altering your diet. Work out your BMR (Google BMR calculator) then alter it with your exercise plan to find out how many calories you will burn per day. Your BMR is how many calories your body burns per day at rest. Assuming you're not in a coma, you must change it to suit your exercise plan - the website will explain this. To lose a pound a week, eat 500cals less than your BMR (altered with exercise) a day. This works because a pound of fat is 3500cals.



It is a good workout. If you want to keep your health, you must absorb carbohydrates (0.7 per kg body weight ~ 1.4 g) and protein (not less than 30 ~ 50g). And eatting within 20 minutes after fitness is best effect.
