Question: I NEED to loose weight?
What is a good way to loose weight? Im 18....Iv only been eating once a day and i think its working some..

honey, it's not healthy to eat one meal a day
that slows down your metabolism
it might work a bit now but once you start eating regularly, you're going to gain 3 times more weight
just eat tiny meals every 2.5 hours



that is not the way to loose weight at all to loose weight you need to eat 6 meals a day count what ever you put in your mouth a meal eat untill your full dont go past that limit and eat healthy if you are having trouble not eating like sweets then reward your self like every month you can have one sweet but thats it also you can drop alot of weight if you stop drinking coke product (diet products are also not good for you) drink lots of water you should be drinking about a 2 gallons of water a day also i found out that it is alot easier to plan out your meals before you eat so you can determine if there health or not so if you follow all of these steps and stick to it you will start seeing results i promise good luck



10 lbs should be your average weight loss each month if you stay within these 3 guidelines.


1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)



Do you really need to lose weight or do you think you need to lose weight!

See a doctor for the right advice.

If you are really fat maybe exercising more and eating fattening foods less will help.

Walk when you can. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Go out for sports if you are in school.

See a dietitian if you are really fat and not just think you are fat.

You can try to take some apples instead of dinner, this is very effective. And that will help you get a good skin. But it is not meaning to just eating fruits, you must moderate complement other nutrition to keep your health.
