Question: How can I lose 20 pounds by summer?
I'm starting to get really ticked off. I'm wanting to lose weight by summer because I'm spending 2 weeks in Florida right by Clearwater Beach and I want to be worthy of the beach. I've already cut out soda, fast food, fried food, and red meat out of my diet. I've been doing HIIT for 2 weeks (intervals of 30 second sprint, 60 second rest) and I put on 4 pounds after all that. So I'm wanting to know how can I lose that 20 pounds by summer. Also if I'm doing anything wrong let me know because I sure don't know what I'm doing wrong.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)



Your weight and height and BMI are all great and you've already kick started it really well cutting out all the bad things, and activity is great.

Just make sure you keep to your low-fat diet and avoid anything processed, even diet foods, just keep it all as real as possible, and varied and different to keep your metabolism boosted so eat small meals often, and make sure you feel satisfied.

Hey man were the same height but I weigh 148lbs if your going for what I think you are which is abs and etc for the ladies and such I'd say eat a very low fat diet, Id say 1200 calories a day with lots of fruits and veggie and start running everyday and doing crunches and lots of them. Thats how I lost 107lbs in 5 months
