How can I lose weight?!


Question: How can I lose weight?
I've been having problems this month. I drank many cups of water as I can. I ate a lot of vegetables and 2-3 fruits everyday, but my digestion has gone very bad. I've been exercising 3-4 days a week. About 4 hours a weeks. But I've gain from 116-120 lbs? How I can lose 4 pounds again? What shall I eat to digest better?

Ok, first off, losing weight isnt something you want to take lightly. Its a commitment and something that, done right, should take at least several months to do.

When you burn fat, the fat cell in your body gets burned up but also produces a lot of waste and chemicals that might have been building up and stored there by your body. So a lot of fat burning in just a few days/weeks isnt healthy for you. you need to take your time and shift the fat for good.

Dont starve yourself, eat well, 2 or 3 meals a day and a few snacks is fine. Make sure that these meals and snacks are healthy. For example, fruits and nuts seeds are going to be a better choice than chocolate and crisps. And make sure the meals are full of vitamins and nutrients. i.e salads, wholewheat pasta, lean meat, chicken, fish vegetables especially green veggies like broccoli and spinach will provide you with alot of vitamins but less of the fats.

Another good tip is to watch how much food you put on your plate, its all about portion control. Make sure theres enough for your body but be careful not to over eat, and chew your food well. That way your body will tell you when its full up. Its all about eating within moderation.

Also, working out will obviously help you shift the pounds. You want to keep this up though, exercise and eating healthily isnt exactly a 'diet'. You have to keep it up to keep the weight off. Just treat yourself to a snack once or twice a week and you'll be as fit and healthy in no time. :) Hope that helps its hard getting in shape but if I can do it anyone can, and im only 8stone!



10 lbs should be your average weight loss each month if you stay within these 3 guidelines.


1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)

The secret to losing weight is to eat what you want without replacing it with something else, but in small proportions. Say you want a slice of cake. No, don't poor some splenda or something artificial on their. Cut a small slice and eat it. 1 SLICE. Just 1. EAT BREAKFAST! You gotta eat breakfast. Breakfast turns on your metabolism as if it's a button you need turned on everyday! 5-6 SMALL meals a day is really good for you. But c'mon, don't always crave for cake. Want something sweet? How about some fruit? Berries have fiber. And ya know you can just shoot me an email anytime about food/exercise because i was REALLY REALLY ENORMOUS then I made conclusions that actually work to lose some weight. And also, come on. After work you NEED to go walk. Walk outside! Get yourself some uhh, shape up shoes!? Exercise! Not too much though! No gatorade! NO red bull! NO pepsi/sodas! Water=life.
