Question: I want to lose 3 inches off my waist in two weeks?
Answers:

just follow this plan - eat under 30 grams of carbs a day BUT keep your intake of protein food HIGH (shakes must be made with water) ,eliminate fat apart from fish and you will lose double that amount within 14 days do some low intensity running,slow jog for 45 mins every morning and you will lose even more..



not sure the number of inches you will lose off your waist..but if you stick with below,,you should lose it slowly , but surely each month.

10 lbs should be your average weight loss each month if you stay within these 3 guidelines.


1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)
