Question: Weight loss- 16 yr old male?
Okay im 6'2, probably 220 or so. Im not like really fat but i have a kinda big gut and i get tired quickly when playing sports. Im doing track this spring to help with weight loss, but what else should i do? Im not a picky eater at all. Any certain foods? I have a nice mountain bike that i plan on using alot when its warm out. Any suggestions? Thanks

Do cardio 30-60 minutes, 4-6 times a week.
- Stay away from fast food
- Drink only water
- Switch to whole wheat/grains
- Have atleast 5 servings of either fruits/veggies a day
- Eat every 2-3 hours to speed metabolism
