Keep this in mind. it took you a heck of a lot longer to put on the weight, and now you think it's going to come off in a fraction of the time? Consider what you're doing a life change. FROM NOW ON... you'll walk everyday... FROM NOW ON... you'll drink water instead of soda... FROM NOW ON you'll eat healthier. It takes time, but change will come. Good luck!!!
Any kind of exercise, assuming you eat healthily, will make a difference. However, you need to make sure that you push yourself so that you continue to lose weight, For instance, you could walk 2 miles a day on week one, then extend that to three miles a day on week 2 etc. It takes two weeks to see results from exercise anyway so stick with it :)
