Try chewing gum when you feel hungry or drink some water. Some hunger pains are actually your body saying thirsty. Also try to keep busy.
Just face it, with the American attitude you have you're always going to be a fatty. Play sports, get off of the computer, chew a low calorie gum all the time, do something before you turn out 200 pounds at 15.
Stop complaining/making excuses, and just occupy you mind with something active/productive/outdoors. Do anything other than what you're doing right now, get off of the computer IMMEDIATELY before its too late, but by the looks of it.... it already is.
Maybe you need to be busy at work so that you will stop eating all the time.....
