Question: Some good deit plans for 5th grade girls?
ok, I am in 5th grade, a girl, 10 years old (actually alsmost 11) and weigh 90-100 pounds. (at some times im 90, 93, 94, 100, you know in that range). I am actually kinda tall for my age. I am 5 feet tall. I just need a deiting plan or meal plan that will burn weight fast and easily. Also, Im not telling my parents or anyone else about this. I can just say "oh i love that food" so they can buy it 4 me. Also, its winter in New England (SNOWY). I ski alot although i am not very sporty or have much muscels (other than my legs, i dance too). So I just want a deit that I can burn fat quick with. Also, are there any delicous foods that are like really low in calories? And dont say I'm fat, no need to point out the obvoius!!!

Girl, I'm 12 yrs old and I'm 5'5'' and I am 140. Your not fat. Not even over weight. I think if you wanna lose weight (even though you don't need to) you could get some of those yogurts from wal-mart and eat them instead of like cookies and stuff for desert. Or just dont eat alot of stuff like popcorn and chips and stuff.

Well you are getting plenty of exercise on the slopes by the sound of things so to eat better think little and often during the day, with lots of fruit and wholegrain wraps, a good breakfast, of wholegrain cereal, toast, fruit juice, egg, (not all that but a selection) enough water to make your pee run clear and a hot meal with lots of veggies and lean meat/fish.
