How many push ups should I do a day?!


Question: How many push ups should I do a day?
I can currently do 10 reps each time, If I push myself.

Answers:

Just set a goal each day, and raise it day after day. And push yourself. So today have your goal be ten. Tomorrow have it be eleven. Then the day after than have it be thirteen. And then fifteen. And when you reach a number you cant reach, have the goal for the next, day be the number of push ups you couldnt reach before.



whatever you feel comfy with



about 20 if u can.....it will keep u healthy and fit
